Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in air quality consultancy or regulation.
• Proven track record delivering EIA air quality assessments.
• Strong knowledge of IAQM/EPUK guidance and environmental legislation.
• Chartered status (CEnv/IAQM) or working towards.
• Full UK driving licence.

A leading environmental consultancy is seeking a highly experienced Principal Air Quality Consultant to join its growing UK team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a senior professional with proven expertise in EIA air quality assessment, dispersion modelling, and technical leadership.

As a Principal Air Quality Consultant, you will lead complex air quality projects across infrastructure, planning, and industrial sectors – taking ownership of project delivery, client relationships, and quality assurance. You will play a key role in mentoring junior consultants, supporting business development, and shaping the company’s growing air quality division.
