Overview

Principal Air Quality Consultant

Salary up to £65,000 per annum

We are seeking an exceptional individual with 8-10 years of relevant experience to lead and expand the UK Air Quality team, based in Brighton, London, or Milton Keynes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, visionary leader to spearhead projects, mentor a growing team, and collaborate with experts across environmental and climatic disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale UK air quality projects
• Oversee data collection, modelling (ADMS, GIS), analysis & reporting
• Provide technical leadership and ensure project excellence
• Write ES chapters, technical reports & proposals
• Mentor and support team development
• Contribute to global air quality strategies
• Drive business development and client engagement

Skills & Expertise

• Degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline
• Full knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks for air quality
• Expertise in dispersion models ADMS-Roads, ADMS 6.0
• Strong GIS (QGIS) and data analysis skills
• Experienced in client & regulator liaison
• Full Membership of IES & IAQM
