Job summary

The role covers applied AI for semiconductor design and fundamental ML research, with interests in LLMs, deep learning optimisation, RL, and generative models. You will mentor senior researchers and publish findings at top venues.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent research experience in ML/AI or related field.
• Distinguished publication record in leading conferences/journals.
• Ability to shape research strategy and oversee multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate the strategic vision for research across the organisation.
• Oversee multiple high-impact research projects and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Drive advances in machine learning and artificial intelligence through innovative research.
• Mentor and provide leadership to senior researchers and research teams.
