Productboard is seeking a Principal Product Manager for AI to own Spark’s AI insights and agent behavior. You will lead strategy, data design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact for enterprise product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, all hands-on.
• Deep expertise in designing and developing agentic AI products.
• Systems thinker who has built AI on real customer data.
• Evals are part of your craft, with offline/online metrics and human reviews.

Responsibilities

• Know the customer better than anyone by understanding the questions product leaders need answered.
• Own the AI Insights roadmap including strategy, metrics, and prioritization for Spark.
• Own the path from signal to decision, defining data needs, data flows, and integration points.
• Define how agents behave and how answers show up, including when to be conversational or visual.
• Own quality and evals, writing tests and traces to ensure continuous improvement.
• Anticipate frontier capabilities and align with GTM teams for market leadership.
• Prototype in code by default using AI coding tools and customer feedback.
• Raise the bar by mentoring other PMs on AI product craft.
