Qualifications

• Strong Financial Services domain knowledge (banking, insurance, asset management, payments or pensions).
• Proven experience in agile transformation at scale, ideally within a consulting or advisory environment.
• Experience designing business and operating models that work end-to-end across organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to agile strategy and transformation programmes.
• Design and embed enterprise agile operating models.
