Primary Teaching Assistant - Reading - ASAP Start

Are you a recent graduate or do you have Teaching Assistant experience?

A lovely school in Reading is looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team. They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant with experience supporting SEN/ASD/ADHD. In this role, you will be valued as a vital team member and supported in your own individual success and well-being.

Your role as a Primary Teaching Assistant in Reading may include, but is not limited to:

• Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom
• Helping children understand and follow the teacher's instructions
• Working with individual learners on a 1:1 basis, or supporting small groups within the Learning Support department
• Monitoring, tracking, and recording pupil progress
