Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive primary school in Braintree, starting September. This full-time role offers ongoing professional development and mentoring in a nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will support pupils across the primary age range, with a focus on effective behaviour management. Pay is £90-100 per day, depending on experience, with standard school hours 08:30–15:45.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in a UK primary school (placements accepted)
• TA training or qualifications desirable
• Up-to-date safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)
