KPI Recruiting Ltd is recruiting for a Primary Teaching Assistant role in a welcoming Stoke-on-Trent primary school. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm (ST4). Pay is £100–£115 per day.

You will work closely with class teachers to provide classroom support and help pupils engage positively with their learning. This role is ideal for someone experienced in primary education or looking to develop their career, with a supportive leadership team and opportunities for professional

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils across the primary age range
• Assisting the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support
• Helping pupils develop their confidence and independence
• Supporting children who may require additional learning support
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Preparing and organising classroom resources
• Supporting pupils during break and lunch periods where required
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Helping create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
