Job summary

Simply Education Ltd is seeking proactive Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in Long Bennington and surrounding areas. You will assist teachers with lessons, help pupils develop confidence, and contribute to a positive classroom environment.

This role offers daily pay, both full-time and part-time hours, and a variety of day-to-day and long-term placements with guidance from our recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable.
• A caring, patient and adaptable approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine interest in children's education.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with classroom activities and lessons.
• Help pupils develop confidence and independence.
• Provide individual and small-group learning support.
• Encourage positive behaviour and participation.
• Support pupils with additional needs where required.
