Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant for a well-established primary school in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. This is a long‑term teaching role within a supportive school community.

We offer a full‑time, interim teaching job that starts immediately or in January 2026. This role is within a locally based, family‑run recruitment business specialising in education, with over 15 years of experience supporting primary, secondary and SEND settings.

We are ideally looking for a qualified Primary Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management skills. Within this role you will be responsible for the planning, resourcing and assessing and have the full support of the primary school.

We are fully committed to safeguarding all children within our schools. To be considered for this role, you must:

• A relevant UK based qualification.


• Substantial experience working within an early years education setting.


• All required documents for safer recruitment processing, including a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.


• Exceptional references.
