Job Title: 1:1 SEN Mental Health Support Worker

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Bourton-On-The-Water, GL54

Pay: From £89 per day

Here at Axcis Education, we’re working with a welcoming primary school to recruit a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant. You’ll be supporting a child with ASD in a nurturing, play‑based environment.

Responsibilities

• Build social skills, particularly around sharing and turn‑taking.
• Support flexible, play‑based learning, adapting daily routines to suit their needs.
• Encourage exploration and creativity, from sensory water play to role‑play and imaginative games.
• Take learning outside the classroom, giving the pupil space to explore the world in their own way.
