ANZUK Education is seeking an experienced Primary Teacher for Gravesend and Medway Towns to provide daily cover and supply support across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will deliver high-quality lessons, maintain continuity during short and longer-term cover, and support pupil progression within a collaborative school environment.

Ideal candidates hold QTS (ECTs welcome), demonstrate strong classroom management, and are flexible to work across year groups with a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive

Qualificações

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) including ECTs.
• Strong classroom management and ability to engage pupils across primary age range.
• Flexible and reliable, able to adapt to different year groups, classrooms and school requirements.
• High expectations for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the primary age range, adapting approach to each class and year group.
• Maintain continuity of learning during daily and longer-term cover assignments, following school planning and curriculum expectations.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment to support every child.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development, recognising individual needs.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress where appropriate, providing feedback and promoting high standards of behaviour and engagement.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments, routines and school expectations, upholding safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
