Job summary

Academics Ltd is assisting a Redbridge, London primary school to recruit a Primary Teacher or Primary ECT to start in January 2027. The role covers Year 1 through Year 6 with scope for additional responsibilities including Maths, English, Arts and Humanities, and leadership of a Year group.

The school offers a bespoke ECT induction, in-house training, and a 3 Form Entry setting with a strong Senior Leadership Team. Salary is on the MPS1-UPS3 scale plus a TLR, with clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS and understand the UK Primary School curriculum.
• Ambitious, hardworking and committed to high teaching standards.

Responsibilities

• Teach across KS1 to KS2 with potential to take on additional responsibilities.
• Take on TLRs in English, Maths, Arts, Humanities or Year Group Lead.
• Participate in in-house training and bespoke induction for ECTs.
• Support school improvement and career progression through excellent teaching.
