Aspire People are working with a well-established primary school in M20 who are looking to appoint an Early Career Teacher into a KS1 class on a long‑term basis.

This role is designed for an ECT who wants to develop confidently within a structured, supportive environment, with clear expectations and access to experienced staff throughout the school.
