Job summary

TeacherActive is actively recruiting Primary Teachers for schools around Stretford. The role covers day-to-day supply, long-term and permanent placements with support from our experienced consultants.

We offer CPD courses, certificates through the My-Progression channel, and a referral scheme worth up to £100. All payments are handled via PAYE to ensure correct tax and NI deductions.

Qualifications

• QTS (ECTs welcomed) and primary teaching experience are required.
• Strong classroom management and pupil engagement are essential.
• Experience delivering the Primary Curriculum across key stages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to primary pupils.
• Maintain strong classroom discipline and effective behaviour management.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
