Mana Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of welcoming secondary schools across Oakham and the surrounding areas. Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, graduate considering a career in teaching, or someone with relevant experience working with young people, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the teacher's absence
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally
• Encourage students to remain engaged with their learning
• Work across a variety of subjects and year groups
• Build experience in local secondary schools
• No planning or marking is normally required, allowing you to focus on supporting pupils and maintaining high classroom standards.

Cover Supervisor Opportunities - Oakham & Surrounding Areas

Location: Oakham, Uppingham, Cottesmore, Langham, Whissendine, Greetham, Empingham, Stamford, Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas.

Pay: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience and placement).

Contract Types: Flexible Day-to-Day | Long-Term | Full-Time | Part-Time.
