Job summary

Vision for Education is partnering with Advanced Learning Partnership to recruit Primary Teachers for supply and long-term cover across primary schools in County Durham. The role involves teaching across EYFS-KS2, offering strong cover and supporting pupils working below expected levels.

Successful candidates will hold UK QTS, demonstrate flexibility to work across settings, and bring a friendly, proactive approach to the team. Various roles available for Sept 2026–July 2027.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience across EYFS-KS2.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to offer differentiated learning and support pupils with SEND.

Responsibilities

• Teach across different primary key stages to provide strong cover.
• Support pupils who are working below expected levels.
• Deliver engaging lessons and adapt to pupil needs across multiple schools.

Primary Teacher (Full-time / Part-time, Temporary)

£670 - £1000 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

Vison for Education are working in partnership with Advanced Learning Partnership who are seeking to employ Primary Teachers to support both supply cover and long term cover across their primary schools. The successful candidate will be expected to work across different key stages, offering strong teaching cover and support to pupils who are working below the expected level.

Requirements

• Hold QTS within the UK.
• Have experience of working across EYFS-KS2.
• Have an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a friendly and enthusiastic personality.
• Have an ability to offer differentiated learning and support pupils with SEND.
