The Primary Teacher plans and delivers engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring all pupils can access learning and make progress.

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Promote a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages pupil growth and confidence.
• Monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning and development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure each pupil receives personalised support.
• Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages respect, curiosity, and a love of learning.

Requirements for Primary Teacher:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in primary education (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
