Overview

Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Durrington
Pay Rate: £150 – £210 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and growth.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to support academic and personal development.

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting (preferred).
• Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching.
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any employment gaps.
