Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a Flexible Primary Supply Teacher for Plymouth and surrounding areas. Enjoy a workload-free role with no planning, marking, or parent consultations, while you choose the days that suit you.

Work across Early Years to Key Stages 1 and 2, delivering pre-planned lessons in local classrooms. You must have QTS (or UK-equivalent), an enhanced DBS or willingness to apply, and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Possession of QTS or UK equivalent (ECTs welcome).
• Strong classroom management and adaptability to different schools.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in an engaging and effective manner.
• Create and maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment for all students.
• Manage classroom behaviour consistently in line with school policies.
• Leave concise handover notes for the returning class teacher.
