Teaching Personnel are currently working with a primary school based in Congleton. They are seeking a dedicated full-time primary teacher who is passionate about the development of young students. The school is in a great location with excellent transport links between Stoke-on-Trent and Macclesfield.
About the role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the individual learning needs of students. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and growth. The role involves assessing students' progress, providing constructive feedback, and developing strategies to support their academic and personal development. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teachers and staff, contribute to school events, and maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child’s progress.
