Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is seeking Supply Teachers for flexible daily placements across Wiltshire, including Swindon, Chippenham and Malmesbury. Roles cover EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with no long-term commitment required and you set your availability.

You will teach using school-provided plans, adapt to pupils' needs, and provide end-of-day feedback. A PGCE/QTS and right to work in the UK are essential, with competitive PAYE daily rates.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE or QTS).
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues, parents and pupils.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a school setting.
• Positive, compassionate approach to students and inclusive classroom support.

Responsibilities

• Teach the curriculum as provided and adapt plans to meet pupil needs.
• Provide constructive feedback to schools, parents and the agency.
• Manage behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom.
• Support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as required in Wiltshire.

Location: Across Wiltshire (covering areas such Central Swindon, Chippenham and Malmesbury )

Salary: From £140-£210 per day (Holiday Pay - 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot)

Contract Type: Flexible Working/Day to day supply

Job Description:

We are currently looking for Teachers who are looking to work in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 across the Wiltshire area

These roles offer full flexibility to fit around your current commitments, while giving you a chance to gain valuable experience across different settings and year groups.

Being a supply teacher allows you to work when you want while not having to worry about any additional responsibilities that come with being a teacher! You will get to work alongside a variety of teachers in different schools while supporting across different year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach the children the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the school.
• Be able to adapt lesson plans to work with different children needs and abilities.
• Provide feedback to parents, the school and the agency at the end of the day.
• Managing behaviour and maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

• You must have a relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS etc)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A positive and compassionate attitude towards students
• A valid right to work in the UK
• Able to flexible and ready to work!
