We are seeking a qualified and passionate teacher for a long-term supply position. This role offers flexibility with the option to work either full-time or part-time, starting from Easter and continuing until the end of the academic year.
Your New Role

  • Deliver pre-designed lesson plans and effectively manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Adapt to the classroom environment and engage with students to create a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a well-organised and conducive learning environment.
  • Support students in their learning, offering additional help as needed to ensure they understand the material.
  • Maintain open communication with staff, reporting on student progress and any issues encountered throughout the day.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working within a primary school setting.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
