What to expect as a Supply Teacher?

• Deliver engaging lessons using the absent teacher's planning.
• Supervise and support pupils throughout the school day, including lessons, break times and lunchtime where required.
• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy.
• Complete day-to-day teaching responsibilities, including registers, assemblies and other routine duties.
• Create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment whilst following all safeguarding and health & safety procedures.

Pay

Pay£155 per day minimum for Early Career Teachers. £160-£165 per day for Fully Qualified Teachers. The top end of the pay scale is generally offered to teachers willing to travel beyond their preferred distance discussed during registration.
