Job summary

Teach is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers for supply roles across Coventry and Warwickshire. You can choose when and where you work, delivering engaging lessons and adapting activities to meet diverse pupil needs.

As a supply teacher, you will build positive relationships with pupils and staff, manage behaviour effectively and contribute to safeguarding and curriculum delivery across multiple schools.

Supply Primary Teachers Coventry and Warwickshire

Teach is currently recruiting enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Primary Teachers to work on a supply basis across Coventry and Warwickshire.

What will you be doing?

As a Supply Primary Teacher, your role will vary depending on the school, year group and needs of the pupils. You may:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum
• Plan and adapt learning activities to meet pupils individual needs
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning habits
• Assess pupils progress and provide feedback to support their development
• Support pupils with additional learning needs and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
• Promote pupils confidence, independence and social development
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and other members of the school community
• Follow school policies, curriculum expectations and safeguarding procedures

• Qualified Teachers with UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
