Hoop Education are seeking Qualified Primary Supply Teachers to work in Caerphilly and surrounding areas, offering flexible day-to-day or long-term placements across a network of local primary schools.

We provide excellent pay from £172.98 per day, weekly pay, free CPD training and dedicated ECT/NQT support with ongoing guidance from an experienced education recruitment consultant.

Qualifications

About the Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, inspire students and maintain high standards of teaching and learning across a range of primary schools.

Depending on your preferences, you can choose flexible day-to-day assignments or secure longer-term teaching placements.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons (long-term roles)
Delivering pre-planned lessons (day-to-day supply)
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assessing and monitoring student progress where required
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
Working collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams
