Randstad Education is seeking a passionate Primary SEND Teaching Assistant for flexible supply opportunities in and around Crawley. Enjoy control over your week while supporting pupils with additional needs across various schools.

You'll work 1:1 or in small groups, apply positive behaviour strategies, and help create inclusive learning spaces. There are weekly pay, safeguarding training, and ongoing consultant support.
