SEN Teaching Assistant - Orpington

The Role
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN
  • Support pupils with EHCPs, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, or speech and language needs
  • Implement personalised learning and differentiation strategies
  • Use visual aids, communication strategies, and Makaton/PECS where appropriate
  • Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress
