Qualifications

• Passionate about supporting children with SEND across ages 5–16.
• Experience in education, care, youth work, or SEN (desirable but not essential).
• Willing to support with personal care and mobility needs.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across primary years in the classroom and small groups.
• Deliver 1:1 interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Use communication strategies such as PECs, Makaton, or visual aids.
• Implement behaviour plans using positive and supportive strategies.
• Encourage independence and engagement in learning.
