Qualifications

• Experience in primary school or similar setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a range of abilities and learning needs.
• Work with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required.
• Encourage positive behaviour and an inclusive classroom.
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills.
• Assist with classroom preparation and day-to-day activities.
• Support pupils during lessons, break times and other school activities.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
