Job summary

Envision Education is seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a fantastic Primary school in the Kingston Upon Thames area. This full-time role runs 5 days a week, 8:30am–4:00pm, for a qualified teacher with KS2 experience or strong potential.

You will plan and deliver lessons aligned to the KS2 National Curriculum, maintain high standards of literacy and numeracy, and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment. A DBS update would be required, and the school values diversity.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience teaching KS2 preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong behaviour management.
• Willingness to obtain a DBS check via Update Service or equivalent.

Job description

We are seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher to start working in a fantastic Primary school in the Kingston Upon Thames area! This is a full time position working 5 days a week and to be successful for this role you must be a qualified teacher (QTS) and have previous teaching experience.

The School:

• The curriculum in the school is well planned with a priority given to developing high standards of literacy and numeracy

The Role:

• The role is for a full time Primary School Teacher, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 16:00pm
• You will be required to demonstrate good knowledge of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum, previous experience of working in KS2 is desirable but not essential.
• Plan and prepare lessons to engage the children with their learning

Requirements:

• You must have Qualified Teacher Status
• Previos teaching experience in KS2
• Be an excellent communicator and have great behaviour management
• Have a 'child workforce only' DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
