We are working with a number of vibrant and inclusive primary schools in the Harrogate and surroudning areas who are seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Support Teaching Assistants to join their teams on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

About the Role :
  • Provide 1 : 1 support to pupils with SEN
  • Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other complex needs
  • Deliver structured interventions using tools such as PECS and Makaton
  • Implement behaviour support strategies and set clear boundaries
  • Foster a nurturing, safe, and inclusive learning environment
  • Liaise with professionals including teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies such as social services
  • Encourage independence and personal growth for pupils from diverse and often disadvantaged backgrounds
