Job summary

Moorhill Primary School is seeking a dedicated Playworker to support pupils in a safe, fun and engaging environment. You will help provide stimulating activities, encourage social interactions and promote inclusive play, working as part of a caring school team.

We value enthusiasm, safeguarding, and collaboration with colleagues to ensure a positive experience for all pupils during school playtimes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have genuine passion for supporting children's development.
• Ability to supervise and engage children in safe play.

Responsibilities

• Supervising children during play sessions and ensuring safety at all times.
• Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities to foster creativity and teamwork.
• Supporting inclusive play and helping children develop confidence and social skills.
• Promoting positive behaviour and assisting with conflict resolution.
• Following safeguarding and health & safety policies and collaborating with staff.
