Job summary

West Kidlington Primary School, part of The White Horse Federation, is seeking a Mid-day Supervisor (MDSA) to support our lunchtime supervision. The role is 5 hours per week (1 hour per day) with a September start.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about working with primary-age children, able to communicate confidently with staff and pupils, and aware of safeguarding responsibilities. Join a supportive team within a caring school community.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about working with children in a school setting.
• Ability to communicate confidently with children and staff.
• Aware of safeguarding policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support lunchtimes and supervise pupils during the school day.
• Promote safe, positive and inclusive lunchtime experiences.
• Work as part of the midday supervisory team with safeguarding in mind.
