Northern Lights Learning Trust in the North East of England is seeking a dedicated School Improvement Leader to work across nine primary schools. You will join the Central Education Team, collaborating with Heads and senior staff to drive high-quality education and ambitious provision for all children.

The role requires a proven track record in school improvement, strong leadership, and the ability to work across multiple sites with a clear strategic vision for our trust’s primary sector.

• Experience guiding primary schools and staff toward enhanced provision and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Central Education Team to drive high-quality education across nine primary schools.
• Work with Heads and senior staff to shape strategy and ensure delivery of an aspirational vision.
• Collaborate with multi-site leaders to implement improvements and monitor impact.

We areseeking to appoint a dedicated and inspirational School Improvement Leader for NorthernLights Learning Trust, to work across our primary schools. This role involvesworking as part of the Central Education Team, working closely with the Headsand Senior staff to ensure all nine schools provide high-quality education forthe children they serve and enable everyone to flourish.
