Primary PPA Teacher – January Start

Location: Lincoln Area

Pay: M1 - M6 (Dependant on Experience)

Contract: Part-Time & Long-Term Positions Available

Start Date: 05/01/2026

A lovely and supportive primary school in the Lincoln area is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary PPA Teacher to join their team from January 2026 after the Christmas break. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher looking for a varied role, teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Both part-time and long-term opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 during PPA cover.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different classes and year groups.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers, senior leaders and support staff.
  • Provide constructive feedback to pupils and support their learning and progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism and a positive attitude across the school.
