Job summary

Strategy Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a primary school in Walthamstow or Leyton. The role offers £97-£110 per day, depending on experience, and involves supporting pupils across the primary age range, including one-to-one and small-group learning.

You will work closely with the class teacher and support team to assist pupils with SEND, helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment and nurture children’s progress.

Qualifications

• Reliable, patient and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils.
• Previous experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant or working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
