Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd are recruiting enthusiastic Primary teachers to join the Guaranteed Pay Scheme (GPS) in Gateshead. You will work across a range of primary schools, gaining experience across year groups with guaranteed hours subject to availability.

Salary is paid weekly via PAYE (£475–£667 per week). The role runs January 2026 to July 2027, with pension contributions, CPD and a dedicated consultant for support.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with primary school aged children.
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
• An ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work across a range of primary schools in Gateshead.
• Deliver engaging lessons and support pupil progress.
• Adapt to different year groups within GPS allocations.
