Job summary

Fleet Education Services is seeking tutors for primary and GCSE tuition in and around Northeast London, offering flexible hours and weekly pay. You will deliver 1:1 or small group sessions at pupils' homes or local venues, focusing on safeguarding and SEN/SEMH support.

The role requires a Level 6 qualification, UK teaching/tutoring experience, and DBS Update Service, with ongoing CPD training and a dedicated team to match you with suitable assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Level 6).
• Minimum 6 months UK teaching or tutoring experience.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK with no restrictions on working hours.
• Enhanced DBS check on Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering personalised lessons that engage and progress learners.
• Monitoring learner progress and providing constructive feedback to improve outcomes.
• Collaborating with parents, guardians, and schools to ensure learner success.
• Maintaining accurate session records through the virtual learning platform.
