Job summary

Academics are recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors with a keen interest in developing their teaching skills to work in Primary schools in the Portsmouth area on a daily, short term, long term and permanent basis. The role requires a degree or relevant school experience, recent UK classroom experience, and strong differentiation and behaviour management skills.

You should be available at least one day per week and be Portsmouth-based or happy to travel to Portsmouth for work.

I am looking to recruit a full time cover supervisor for a school in Portsmouth.

You MUST:

• Have a degree and/or relevant experience of working in a school setting.
• Have recent experience of teaching or supporting in a classroom in the UK.
• Have good differentiation skills
• Be able to show good behaviour management skills.
• Be available at least one day per week.
• Ideally be Portsmouth based or happy to travel to Portsmouth for work.
• Be friendly and open to new challenges.
• Be happy to cover classes across the curriculum in both key stage 1 and 2.
