A leading healthcare organization in Cardiff seeks a Primary Care Research Practitioner for a fixed term position. The ideal candidate will manage clinical trial patients, support multi-agency work, and ensure high-quality service delivery. A Master's degree in a health-related discipline and current UK professional registration are essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work as part of a busy team.
Fixed Term / Secondment for 2 years due to funding.

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to be appointed as a Primary Care Research Practitioner.
The role will play a key part of the Primary Care and Community Research Delivery Centre, Health and Care Research Wales' primary and community research delivery programme.
The post holder will require excellent communication skills, have a positive and flexible approach to the needs of the Service, be motivated, ready for the next challenge and enjoy working as part of a very busy team.
The post may close early if sufficient applications are received.
These will include:
helping to deliver plans to support and develop multi agency working aimed at supporting the expansion and enhancement of clinical research across Wales.
assist in the management of a caseload of clinical trial patients, as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
ensure high quality service delivery, working closely with the NHS R&D offices and local primary and secondary care research delivery staff
train and assess research staff to ensure their competency is in line with local and national research frameworks
