Job summary

Lakeside Healthcare Group seeks a Research Nurse to lead clinical research within primary care settings in the UK. You will apply in-depth knowledge of research protocols and ensure compliance with local, national and international regulations under the direction of the Director of Research.

The role involves coordinating multiple studies, managing patient recruitment, data collection and documentation, and delivering high-quality nursing care within ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a Primary Care, Community or Acute setting.
• Experience implementing and using protocols and clinical guidelines.
• Experience managing/public interactions with patients.
• Experience using clinical systems and Microsoft Office.
• Evidence of experimental learning in Research & Development.
• Experience of audit and/or research.
• Experience of SystmOne.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high quality research nursing services within the Primary Care setting.
• Work within the NMC Code of Conduct and professional boundaries.
• Support relevant service development and policy implementation, and demonstrate professional standards.
