A healthcare organization in Surrey is seeking an Onsite Primary Care Pharmacy Technician to join their dedicated team. This role involves medication management, resolving patient queries, and supporting a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. A qualification as a registered Pharmacy Technician and experience in a GP practice are required. The role promotes professional development within a supportive environment.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Onsite Primary Care Pharmacy Technician to work full-time for Cranleigh Medical Practice.
Cranleigh Medical Practice is a modern, well-established GP surgery serving a diverse patient population in the heart of Surreys largest village with excellent links to Guildford and Horsham. As a Primary Care Pharmacy Technician you will confidently act within professional standards and boundaries, supporting and working alongside your General Practice team as well as Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians within TPN.
You will help resolve medication-related queries, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, improve patient outcomes and support the improvement of access to healthcare.
