Qualifications

• Experience using IT systems to record, analyse and communicate information accurately.
• More than three years experience working within Primary Care.
• Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Clinical Pharmacists, GPs and Practice staff to support safe prescribing.
• Direct work with patients, including supporting safe medication use.
• Liaison with Practice colleagues and partner organisations.

Skills

Good communication skills

IT skills

Ability to work with patients

Education

GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at Grade C or above

Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
