Qualifications

  • Ability to follow policy and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Understanding/experience regarding GP Contracts and Quality Outcome Framework.
  • Good standard of education with good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Up to date with mandatory and role specific training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Services Team.
  • Liaise with clinical team and practice staff.
  • Utilise IT for managing practice population.
  • Assist with mail merges and text messaging campaigns.
  • Support the Coding Team with filing documents.
  • Keep up to date with mandatory training and policies.
