A leading independent healthcare provider in Leicester seeks a Senior Nurse to lead a team delivering a nurse-led service. The role involves medication administration, patient assessments, and providing personalized care. Candidates must be a registered adult nurse with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This full-time position includes day and night shifts, and an annual salary between £43,609 and £49,175 based on experience.
As a Senior Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions, undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening.
