Working within HMP Lincoln provides an exciting opportunity for all healthcare professionals. The Primary Healthcare Team provides a wide variety of care from initial assessment/screening for all new patients, clinical triage, emergency response, care of minor illness and injuries, nurse‑led clinics for long‑term conditions and health promotion. We aim to provide healthcare to offenders that is equivalent to those in the community.
The integrated healthcare service provided by the Healthcare Team at HMP Lincoln aims to provide consistent, equitable, high‑quality and timely physical and mental health services to all prisoners. You will have the support and opportunity to develop your skills in a range of areas including:
