The Confederation, Hillingdon CIC is seeking registered nurses to join our dynamic primary care operations team across local sites in Hillingdon. You will be supported by clinical leads and an experienced management and admin team, with access to our training hub for ongoing development.

Role involves a wide range of patient health needs, travel between borough sites as required, and working within NHS primary care standards. You must be NMC registered and able to work in the UK.

Formación

• Experience working in NHS settings and with the general public.
• Proven ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
• Good IT skills and willingness to learn new applications.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a range of nursing duties within primary care settings.
• Assess patient health needs and coordinate care with the team.
• Record data accurately for audits and QOF/PCN requirements.
• Develop care plans in consultation with patients according to current practice.
