A regional health organization in Moulton seeks a Primary Care Network Administrator to provide operational support for the South Lincs Rural Primary Care Network. Responsibilities include managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with NHS contractual requirements. This role offers a blend of remote work and on-site support across various GP practices.
Base will be nearest GP practice to home, butthe post will be mixture of working from home and travelling to various GPPractices as the post requires

Working closely with the Operations Support Manager, Operations Manager, Clinical Director, Senior PCN Administrator and, the post holder will provide administrative support to these posts and the wider PCN team including the specialist neighbourhood nurses.The role will require collaboration across local health and social providers and stakeholders including third sector groups, particularly as the PCN looks to establish strategic partnerships with the wider Lincolnshire system.
This role requires strong operational skills and NHS Primary Care experience. This is a great opportunity for the right person to support us with the continued growth and development of the Network.
South Lincs and Rural PCN (SLRPCN ) covers a population of roughly 100,000 patients registered with 9 GP surgeries practices covering the Bourne, Spalding and Holbeach areas.
The team at SLRCN are working collaboratively to provide services in addition to those already found at your local GP practices. Primary care networks have the potential to benefit patients by offering improved access and extending the range of services available to them and by helping to integrate primary care with wider health and community services.South Lincs and Rural Primary Care Network brings together nine GP Practices, health and care partners, patient organisations and the voluntary sector across South Lincolnshire. Our aim is to transform patient and carer access to health and care information, services, self-help and guidance.
South Lincs and Rural PCN established a not for profit Limited Liability Company called Allied Health South Lincs Ltd (AHSL) to manage the financial and operational aspects of the PCN. The nine practices of the South Lincs and Rural PCN are the sole shareholders of AHSL.
The AHSL board is made up of Clinicians and Practice Managers from the GP practices. This local knowledge allows us to build and tailor the services to the needs of our area and to the needs of our patients.
Support Allied Health South Lincolnshire Ltd(AHSL) in the administration of the contractual requirements of the NHSE DEScontract.
Support the Operations Manager/ClinicalDirector with diary management and coordinate meetings for other leads acrossthe PCN.
Organise, prepare agendas, take minutes andupdate the action log at PCN and Allied Health South Lincolnshire Ltd (AHSL)Board meetings.
Book meetings as required.
Update and add articles/policies to ClarityTeam net.
Manage all relevant generic mailboxes that arelinked to the Specialist Neighbourhood nurses (SNNs) team.
Working closely with the Operations SupportManager to manage PCN collaborative approach to delivery ofspring/autumn/winter COVID campaigns through creation and monitoring ofvaccination master plan and undertaking stock ordering, stock checks and stockwaste to update NHS England Federated Data Platform. Maintain a good workingrelationship with the Locality Lead Vaccinations and Vaccine & LogisticSupport Officer at the ICB.
Coordinate Meetings for Operations Manager andsend out invitations utilising shared calendars.
Organise the Neighbourhood teamMulti-disciplinary Team meetings and send invites to all relevant people sothey can attend. Arrange quarterly face to face MDTs and arrange suitablevenue book rooms if required.
Update Virtual Multi-disciplinary Team (vMDT)system prior to the meetings.
Support Training lead to ensure that AHSL staff arecompliant with all Bluestream training by monitoring compliance with mandatorytraining on a monthly basis.
Build key relationships with practices andpartner organisations, acting as day-to-day point of contact for queries.
Provide administrative support to thepersonalisation lead with the Social Prescribing and Personalisation teams,booking rooms and venues for meetings/events.
Manageupdates to National Workforce Reporting Service (NWRS) adding new employee informationand deducting employees when they join/leave AHSL employment.
Addnew personal to NHS Pension scheme, updating any new information to the NHSwebsite.
Dealingwith any NHS Pension queries from staff.
Issuingforms for retirement/ partial retirements forms to staff and working with theFinance Manager to ensure they are correct before submitting them online.
Closingany NHS pension files for personal who have left.
Coordinateand submit a monthly Enhanced Access report to the ICB and liaise withPractices, Clinical Director and Chairman of the Board to ensure thisinformation is received by 7th of the month.
Workwith Operations Support Manager to process any employee visa requests throughthe UK Visa and Immigration Service.
Inthe absence of the Senior PCN Administrator, take on additionalresponsibilities to cover work as required.
Processnew starter DBS checks
Processnew starters/leavers onto Orbis (Lone Worker App)
ClinicalGovernance and confidentiality
Observe and maintain strictconfidentiality with regards to any data/information in line with the DataProtection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Undertake mandatory training and anyother training relevant to the role as required by AHSL.
