A community health organization in London seeks a PCN Administrator to support the Primary Care Network's operations. The PCN Administrator will play a pivotal rolein supporting the day-to-day operations of the Primary Care Network. Thisindividual will provide comprehensive administrative support to the PCN teamincluding the Clinical Director and Non-Clinical Director, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, projects, and communications across the network.
The PCN Administrator will need to work closely with practice managers, healthcare professionals, and external partners across the PCN which could involve working across other PCN sites.
The PCN Administrator will report to the PCN Operational Manager; if they are not in post/on leave the administrator will report to the Non-Clinical Director.
The PCN Administrator is expected to support both the Non-Clinical director and the Clinical Director of the PCN.
The Administrator will need to work closely with practice managers, healthcare professionals, and external partners across the PCN.
LCW is the employing organisation for roles within North H&F PCN and holds the NWL Standard contract for the same PCN. LCW runs the Partnershipfor Health GP Practice within the PCN (in partnership with Imperial NHSTrust).

North H&F PCN serves a well-defined geographical area that is roughly contiguouswith the W12 Postcode. This is an area characterised by social housing and socio-economic deprivation, with 80% of residents falling into the most deprived two IMD quintiles and about 19,000 people being within the core 20 cohort.
The needs of this population are met by nine GP practices, which have a combinedlist size of about 58,000 and include:
These practices are arranged in a hub and spoke configuration, with four based at a purpose-built Centre for Health and Wellbeing in the centre of the PCN geography, two to the north in Old Oak, and three to the south along Uxbridge Road. The PCN can be walked from north tosouth in about 15 minutes.
The PCN are investing into these roles recognising that these are needed to support them with their ongoing development. The post holder will support the PCN to continue to grow and mature so the role represents an exceptional opportunity to make a difference and establish a strong foundation for further development as part of this journey.
